No good for giving winnings. They are quick about taking the money off you but when it comes to withdrawal they don't stick to their own guidelines of 72 hours. So far, the process has been slow and frustrating, with no clear resolution. If they do process my withdrawal and pay what is owed, I am willing to update or remove this negative review. Think first before playing with this site. My experience with this site has been terrible. Account verification alone took almost 6 months to be fully completed—they kept asking for so many requirements. Then it takes about a week for them to process each submission, and if what you submitted is wrong or gets rejected, you have to submit again and wait another week for review. After my account was finally fully verified, that’s when I made a withdrawal. They said it would take 3–5 working days, but mine has already been pending for almost 16 days and still hasn’t been released. Even though I talk to their customer support almost every day and email them, they just keep repeating the same thing—that it will be processed as soon as possible.

Spinanga ignored my gambling addiction warning and kept my account open. I asked Spinanga to permanently close my account on 17 March 2026 because I had a gambling problem and could no longer control my betting. I sent another request on 18 March 2026 repeating that I needed my account closed immediately. Despite this, Spinanga kept my account open, continued sending me promotional offers by email, and continued accepting deposits afterwards. I was able to deposit another €1,800 after clearly telling them I had a gambling addiction. I have screenshots, emails and payment records proving that my closure requests were ignored. I am still waiting for a response and refund. Very disappointing experience regarding responsible gambling and player protection.

24 Tage Wartezeit – Versprochene "höchste Priorität" ohne Ergebnis. Ich warte nun seit dem 09.02.2026 auf eine Auszahlung in Höhe von 500 Euro (Transaktions-ID: bdd8a2a1-0c91-4010-84ea-9bc491811082). Obwohl mir vom Support am 24.02. schriftlich versichert wurde, dass mein Fall "eskaliert" und mit "höchster Priorität" behandelt wird, hat sich bis heute (05.03.) absolut nichts getan. Der Kundenservice antwortet nur noch mit standardisierten Textbausteinen und vertröstet auf ein "hohes Aufkommen". Fast 4 Wochen Bearbeitungszeit für eine einfache Auszahlung sind absolut inakzeptabel und unseriös. Ich habe den Fall nun an CasinoGuru übergeben. Nachtrag vom 05.03.2026: Nach massivem Druck und einer Wartezeit von fast 4 Wochen wurden nun alle drei Auszahlungen finalisiert. Das Geld ist da. Aufgrund der extremen Verzögerungen und des schleppenden Supports bleibe ich skeptisch, korrigiere die Bewertung aber auf 3 Sterne, da letztlich gezahlt wurde. ERNEUTES UPDATE (13.03.2026): Leider muss ich meine Bewertung wieder nach unten korrigieren. Kaum war der öffentliche Druck weg und die erste Zahlung durch, beginnt das Spiel von vorn. Ich habe noch 12000 € auf dem Konto, die ich in 500-Euro-Schritten auszahlen muss. Die aktuelle Auszahlung (ID: 2bd41fb6-769c-4653-9065-5dfa8387658f) vom 05.03. ist nun schon wieder über eine Woche überfällig (die AGB-Frist von 3-5 Werktagen ist verstrichen). Statt mein Geld auszuzahlen, meldete sich gestern ein „VIP-Manager“ namens Donny bei mir. Anstatt die Auszahlung freizugeben, wollte er mir einen 2.500 € Cashback-Bonus schmackhaft machen – ein offensichtlicher Versuch, mich zum Weiterspielen zu bewegen, anstatt den Gewinn auszuzahlen. Fazit: Man muss hier scheinbar um jede einzelne Tranche öffentlich kämpfen. Wer höhere Summen gewinnt, braucht extrem starke Nerven und muss mit massiven Verzögerungen rechnen. Ich werde diese Bewertung erst wieder anpassen, wenn das restliche Guthaben ohne diese Schikanen ausgezahlt wird.

Die Auszahlung ist immer noch „in Bearbeitung“. Weitere Auszahlungen sind damit blockiert. So spielt man am Ende weiter, bis das Geld weg ist. Der Live-Chat und der Support antworten immer nur mit dem gleichen Text (z. B. dass ich Geduld haben soll). Irgendetwas stimmt mit dem Casino nicht.

Don't bother and take your money elsewhere. Withdrawals take literal weeks to process. Bonus terms are very restrictive and the customer support is so useless, it might not even exist in the first place. There are MUCH better alternatives out there to play at.
