Mir kommt es so rüber als wenn die sich absichtlich Zeit lassen damit die Person die Auszahlung wieder storniert, das ist ein dreckiges system wo ich doch eigentlich gerne da gespielt hab und was noch komisch ist die haben mich ein VIP Level herabgestuft obwohl ich regelmäßig da eingezahlt und gespielt hab, normalerweise wird man erst ein Level herabgestuft wenn man 30 Tage nichts eingezahlt hat was bei mir nicht der Fall war, darauf hin habe ich mehrmals mit den geschrieben aber mir würde immer wieder nur gesagt das ich aktiv bleiben muss und man automatisch herabgestuft wird wenn man 30'tage nicht einzahlt oder aktiv ist. Ich finde es schade das mit da auch nicht weitergeholfen wurde und ich seit dem auf dem selben VIP Level bin und anscheinend keine Möglichkeit mehr habe einen Level hör zu kommen

What I discovered is extremely serious. Robocat was previously listed under Stellar Ltd with the Anjouan license ALSI-202411077-FI2, together with many sister casinos (Posido, Neon54, Malina, Boaboa, Cadoola, Playzilla, Bankonbet, etc.). After a wave of complaints, every other brand is still visible on the regulator’s site, even with expired licenses – except Robocat. Robocat has been completely removed, meaning they are now operating without any visible or verifiable license. Their support refuses to answer a simple question: “Do you currently hold a valid gambling license?” They avoid it every time. The so-called regulator, Anjouan Gaming Authority, is also part of the problem. Their Trustpilot page is full of complaints, extremely low ratings, and players reporting that the regulator never responds. They ignored my complaint as well. This proves that there is no real regulation, just a license used as a façade. Across the entire Stellar network, the pattern is identical: – deposits are instant – everything works fine while you lose – once your winnings exceed your total deposits, limits and delays begin – small withdrawals sometimes go through – larger payouts stay “under review” for weeks – VIP levels drop suddenly – accounts get blocked – support sends the same copy/paste messages like “Finance is reviewing your request” My own account was blocked after winning, and I have already submitted the full case to the police with all evidence. The first one took two weeks and several attempts and resolving issues with the same stupid responses of "we have a lot of people withdrawing" which I can almost guarantee is a lie. The second one took over 6 weeks, 3 withdrawals at a max of 750 each. I won over 5k but they wouldnt allow me to withdraw anything so its like the money isnt even real. I needed a third party to intervene and request a resolution. I thought they would be a little better considering the issues but here we are, 3 weeks later, many attempts to contact and 0 answers once again. Save your money unless you just want to donate it to a scam site.

Schlechter Support und gottlose Wartezeiten der Auszahlung. Aber bei mir jetzt nach ca 3 Wochen nach der Auszahlanfrage ist mein Geld auch angekommen bzw. ein Teil davon, wo ich anderen schonmal die Sorge nehmen kann dass das Geld aufjedenfall ankommt. After contacting them with medical proof, they closed my account and denied any responsibility, even citing a clause that players “guarantee” they are not addicted – which is absolutely unethical and against responsible gambling standards. I have now filed complaints to regulators and ECC-Net. I advise others to avoid this casino at all costs. They do not protect vulnerable users and act irresponsibly.

Ni se os ocurra meter nada de dinero, yo entre jugué y gané unos 11.000€ no exagero, quise retirar y empezaron los problemas, que si ha superado el máximo de retiros permitidos ( cuando jamás había retirado nada) luego me dejaba 1000 pero a las 2h me marcaba retiro cancelado…. Y así un sin fin de cosas, el dinero esta ultra perdido…. Si estais dentro no metais un céntimo mas.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE CRIMINALS. Somehow out of the tens of thousands of slot games out there, they only have the worst of the bunch. All of them are absolutely trash. Payouts are way too low. Bonuses are impossible to trigger. I lost $500 in 2 hours and didn’t win even a little bit. My best bonus out of the 5 or 6 it gave me was still only $18 on a $1 bet. This site is a scam. They over charged me on every single one of my deposits and I actually ended up losing closer to $550 even though I only deposited $500. When I contacted support to delete my account, they told me they couldn’t do that. This is all very scammy and these people are criminals. STAY AWAY. I reported them to FINTRAC for fraud and money laundering.

Game freezes too often, customer support useless. I ‘won’ a few free spins many times and the games kept freezing. I snapshotted my numerous issues and never heard back from customer support. The claw machine is absolutely useless (I only used twice when I had free turns) absolutely stupid, slow and I don’t know why it’s even there. I would also check in for bonuses and they wouldn’t be there. This site is very colourful and has great games, but I’m going elsewhere after too many games freezing when I’m about to win money.
