Update number 2* months of being talked around in a circle, sent terms and conditions to show that they are in the right despite these terms and conditions not having anything to do with the situation, being ignored, told it was my fault, told to "verify my account, but not in email" after they deleted my account then being told "oh you can just send it here"....I'd given up until I just saw they responded here and what do they say? Same copy pasted response to email them. Why so I can go through months of the same. Again, just avoid them. Anything you win would have already been lost plus more Update* they have now deactivated my account with no warning and no contact after live chat telling me they had escalated the issue multiple times and they won't answer my emails asking why. (Kopie vom Ausweis, von der Bankkarte, Kontoauszug, Stromrechnung uvm.) Alleine das ist in meinen Augen schon ein NoGo. Verifikation via Videochat und Ausweis ist doch völlig ausreichend. Nachdem die Verifikation dann endlich geklappt hat, wollen sie das Geld trotzdem nicht auszahlen. Die Begründung ist, dass auf der Karte eine Unterschrift sein muss. (Es ist halt eine Klarna Karte, auf der es keine Unterschrift gibt.) Unser Versuch auf ihr Sparkasse Konto auszahlen zu lassen wurde auch abgelehnt mit der Begründung, die Auszahlung geht nur auf das Konto von dem eingezahlt wurde. Bei der Einzahlung war das aber kein Problem, dass auf der Karte keine Unterschrift ist. Kurz gesagt, Geld einzahlen kein Problem, Gewinn auszahlen unmöglich. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen... Total unseriös.

Har aldrig haft problemer med at få…. Har aldrig haft problemer med at få udbetalt. Har oplevet at der kun gik en time så havde jeg fået udbetalt 4500 kr. De deler udbetaling op a 3000 af gangen. Så har prøvet med 7000 kr blev udbetalt i 3 beløb. Pengene stå på spillekonto indtil udbetaling selv om man har bedt om udbetaling. Så obs dette. Eller er jeg fuldt tilfreds .
