Since 4th April my withdrawal is…. Since 4th April my withdrawal is pending (about 80 euros). It is 23 days now. In the world where everything is light fast. They told me there are many transactions for financial department to solve before mine which is utter lie. Since my account is multiple times verified and my previous withdrawals were quick, it is a simple click to proccess the transaction. In my personal experience, it felt almost impossible to win anything on the casino, no matter which game I played or what stake I used. I understand that gambling always involves risk, but after many attempts it simply felt pointless. The bonuses are also extremely difficult to wager through. The most I ever managed was around 5% of the wagering requirement before the balance was gone, which made the bonus feel practically useless. I also wanted to withdraw some of the money I had deposited, but that did not work out either. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this site based on my own experience. Stay away from this site.

Mein Konto ist verifiziert, und es gibt keinen legitimen Grund für dieses Verhalten. Es wirkt wie eine gezielte Hinhaltetaktik, um die Auszahlung zu verweigern. Disappointed... I opened account at Rabona.com on my friend's recommendation to be a good betting service. After some initial winning streak with bonus money I got limited on a 1€ per bet. Friend told me that he was also limited in first month but that he can place bets up to 100€ depending on a market and that he thought those amounts would be enough for me. After that I tried to withdraw my money as there is no point in 1€ bets and I had to make multiple orders due to withdrawal limits, I couldnt enter the site at all after few days. They told me that my account is closed due to some decision. When I asked about my money, they have told me to upload documents for verification to complete the process... I gave them everything they have asked for and been waiting for more then a month for some information about my case. Uso questo sito da parecchio, settimanalmente per usufruire di un bonus deposito attraverso una piattaforma affiliata, ma sinceramente non penso valga la pena ormai... il sito non è scam e i prelievi mi sono sempre arrivati, ma diventano sempre più lunghi di settimana in settimana...all'inizio mi pagavano in un paio di giorni, man mano sono diventati 3, poi 4 ecc.. fino a stavolta che sto aspettando dal 23 marzo e ancora nulla...il servizio clienti è fatto da bot che danno sempre le stesse risposte, quindi penso proprio che aspetto questo prelievo e chiudo l'account, giocando altrove

Non avvicinatevi. Prelievi impossibili. Sito carino, molte slot, se ci spendete un po' di soldi vi chiamano al telefono e vi offrono bonus. Tutto bellissimo, poi il giorno che decidete di prelevare scoprite cos'è davvero. Dopo dieci giorni, per un prelievo di 100 miseri euro, risulta ancora in elaborazione! L'assistenza vi prende in giro con messaggi di scuse preimpostati e non vi dà nessuna informazione. I primi giorni vi dice dai 3 ai 5gg lavorativi, esclusi quindi sabati e domenica, dopo 7 giorni lavorativi si scusano ancora e non vi danno nessuna risposta, ed i soldi sempre lì, ovviamente il prelievo è sempre annullabile. Nel 2026 dove ogni piattaforma ormai paga istantaneo e per gli importi più grossi al massimo 24h giocare con questi è una pagliacciata. Ich bitte euch von ganzem Herzen: Zahlt hier kein Geld ein! Ich habe Geld eingezahlt, und nach einem Tag war es immer noch nicht auf meinem Konto. Auf der Website stand zwar, dass die Transaktion erfolgreich verarbeitet wurde, aber mein Kontostand blieb bei 0. Bitte vermeidet Rabona – meiner Erfahrung nach ist das Betrug. Im Chat wird man zusätzlich mit falschen Versprechungen hingehalten. Mir wurde gesagt, dass das Problem in wenigen Minuten gelöst wird, aber selbst nach 8 Stunden war nichts passiert. Wenn ihr euer Geld nicht verlieren wollt, haltet euch fern. Meine Erfahrung: unzuverlässig, unehrlich und absolut nicht vertrauenswürdig.

Fiz um levantamento na segunda-feira dia 16/03/2026 e hoje sexta-feira 20/03/2026 ainda não tinha sido dada a autorização de levantamento. Rabona constantly delaying withdrawal process. I made first withdrawal attempt from my rabona account to my netteler account. They asked me to verify the account. I sent them all the requested documents and every time I contact them in live support they told me that my case is still being processed. It's been 3 and a half months since my first withdrawal attempt and they haven't even verified my account yet. All in all, I deposit around 0.02btc into the account and now I have around 0.025btc. While the verification process is in progress, they have restricted access to my account, so now I can't even log in. I have done absolutely nothing against their rules and therefore cannot keep my funds in the account. I have e-mail correspodence with support team starting from 03.January 2026. and from that date they are delaying withdrawal and verification process.

I cannot provide my exact email here due to Trustpilot rules, but to the Rabona team reading this: my first name is Pierre-Louis, my account is linked to a Yahoo email address, and I have been emailing your support for the past few days receiving only automated replies. Withholding a player's balance for weeks without requesting verification documents is an unacceptable stalling tactic. I am fully willing to provide any ID or bank statements if needed, but the communication is completely blocked by your side. DO NOT JOIN RABONA CASINO, they will deceive you and steal your money. So to add to my 1st review of this dodgy, criminal enterprise, scam of a casino. The fact that I won an almost life changing amount (for me that is) if at one stage $98k, and no matter how many “customer support agents” or “Bot’s” most likely I spoke to over weeks of trying to ask the best way to get VIP status or to level up to receive a higher withdrawal limit of the pathetic $800 a day limit. I just got the same scripted bullshit answers. “We can not change anything as it’s done automatically blah blah blah. (Which is bulkshit as I found out later on. I had a “account Manager” (hahaha sure) reach out to me and send me an email promising me the world, better bonuses, quick response time, offered to answer and help in any way. Yeah right, as soon as I told him what was happening to me, he disappeared never to be heard again. Scam artists. But two agents on seperate occasions told me the quickest and best way to level up fast was to and I quote “Bet regularly every day, alit, and raise your bets as high as you can and you will see your level go up fast, you’ll most likely see the level increase daily if you do this”. So that’s what I did. That night I was max betting, buying bonuses for up to $5-$6k, winning a bit but loosing shitloads. After a while I was down to a measly $10k and so so angry as the next day I checked my level to find not only did it NOT budge a bit, but it went from almost level 2, right down to 0000 on level 1. So Not only was I lied to, by a criminal telling me the opposite would happen, someone (human) has logged into my account and taken every single level up point I had and deleted them all. And there is no way this happened automatically as I was betting thousands and thousands of dollars. It had to be going up. I mean I’ve played multiple casinos and won a few thousand off the bat, and played all night up and down up and down, and in 8-9 hrs of doing so levelled up between 6-10 levels. In one night. And this shit criminal untrustworthy casino won’t let you take YOUR money out, and then tells you lies so you bet it through again, all so they can pretty much deceive you and steal your money. Finally I had enough and gave them an ear full on what I thought about them, to wake up one day and my account was blocked, and I couldn’t cash out the $5k left I had in my account. This then took 3-4 weeks for me to finally get my money. And it was the threat of my lawyer getting involved and me telling them Inwoukd be posting reviews daily so innocent customers don’t get conned into playing this casino. And now reading all the other people who have been scammed justifies my thoughts that RABONA is the wirst, most deceitful, shittiest casino on the net. FO NOT GO NEAR RABONA, THEY WILL 💯 steal your money. As they are con artists and criminals.

A fuir ! Le seul point positif sur ce site c'est qu'ils payent et sur le site est bien fait, mais sinon a fuir ! Dass nur eine Auszahlung pro Tag in Höhe von 500€ und maximal drei Auszahlungen gleichzeitig aktiv sein können ist das eine. Payouts should be faster, but fair casino overall. If the payouts landed faster, then this casino would easily earn five stars. Sometimes it takes days to get your money, which can be frustrating. Great betting site with good football odds, but... I’ve been betting on Rabona for a while and really enjoy it. They cover a wide range of sports, and the site runs smoothly both on desktop and mobile. It’s true that some sports come with lower odds, but when it comes to football, even smaller leagues have pretty competitive ones. Withdrawals are reliable, just not the fastest.

Tempistiche prelievo troppo lunghe. Dopo più di una settimana di attesta sto ancora aspettando la verifica del prelievo di 500€, e ne ho anche un altro in attesa ,ho mandato diversi solleciti e mi hanno sempre risposto che ci vogliono dai 3-5 giorni lavorativi. É da 7 gg lavorativi che aspetto e ancora nulla. Mi dicono che ci sono ritardi da parte di chi verifica, però è il primo casinò non amms che ci mette così tanto tempo. Scam operation AVOID!!!!!! Rabona will decline crediting promotions based on non-existing terms, and will provide you zero support. They want you to deposit, but will not fulfill any email offers in the end, quoting, that they have a right to reject/withdraw any offers. How they "overpromote", after it "reject crediting these based on non-existing terms" is an obvious sign of a SCAM operation. AVOID!
