Thieves. I had placed a handful of Basketball futures bets with them (season win totals, finishing position bets) And after placing the bets successfully the site had an upgrade. But after the site upgrade my bets went missing from my bet history (luckily i screen shot all of my bets with them prior to the upgrade) And now the bets have resulted but they will not honour them, even though i have sent the supports team the screenshots to prove the bets were accepted.
