Bizzo casino is refusing to send…. Bizzo casino is refusing to send withdraw. After contacting them they told me that the withdraw was granted and then the money ended up in my casino account again. After contacting revolute I have received a full cash out where it is clearly showed they never tried to deposit any money in my account. Furthermore I have made screenshots of all the conversations that costumer support agnet had lied constantly avoiding a response. I did a little bit of a search and found out where they are registered and field a formal complaint with national authorities and provided them with all the evidence. We will se how this plays out, as well we have asked them to provide us with proof of payment which they can't beacuse the money was never sent out.

It is a scam casino, don’t waste your money , I won 2000 euro after I lost more than 400 euro and they confiscated because I bet more than 5 euros . Firstly I won the initial amount with 4 euro bet. Secondly nobody warned me about that even though they claim that I was warned multiple times about the restriction and continued to take my money when I was losing, Thirdly the confiscated the 2000 euro and left 100 euro while I deposit more than 400euro.

I originally had an account on the platform where I experienced a withdrawal problem. I tried contacting support, but my emails were not successful and I received no response for about two weeks. Since I could not resolve the issue and received no support, I created a new account and continued playing. During gameplay I won approximately 230,000 AUD. However, when I requested a withdrawal, the casino claimed that I had a “duplicate account” and refused to pay the majority of my winnings. They only paid 15,000 AUD and confiscated the rest of the balance. I understand casinos have rules about multiple accounts, but in my case the second account was created because my original account had unresolved withdrawal issues and no support response. Dylan the manager, always was very, very kindful and helped at ever problem. I m really not a gambler, but within two weeks I ve won twice on the average off a thousand Euros, and there was no problem, nor in payin or payout. The verification process works well and fast, and the delay was just on my side because of using the false form and kind of documents (no scans). To protect the winnings, I ve asked Dylan, the manager to implement a loss limit of 10 Euros a day. Also no, problem! Even, if I ve asked Dylan to take a small part of my winnings for his help and work, as its in real Casinos a question of kindness, he denied. Adding up, BIZZ is a very good casino, but well of course, loosing is part of the game. you just have to wait a little bit and the problems are solved.

I proved this was false and explained I had no access to support, which forced me to open another account. Once that excuse failed, they suddenly changed their story and claimed my winnings were from bonus money, not real funds. This is simply not true. I deposited real money and my screenshots clearly show real balance only, no bonus active. It’s very concerning how the reason changes every time one claim is disproven. But once winning and trying to withdraw funds it seems almost impossible, you have to provide all id when setting up account , and they look for all of your documents and proof of deposits with time and date stamp, my account dosnt show time on screenshots. Hier ist erstaunlich, dass man seine Einzahlung 3x umsetzen muss und das OHNE Bonus. Zahlst du also 100€ ein, musst du 300€ umsetzen bevor du auszahlen kannst - Viel Glück damit. Solltest du es aber doch schaffen und eine erfolgreiche Auszahlung durchführen, würde ich sehr lange nichts mehr einzahlen denn hier will das Casino erstmal das 3-fache wieder zurück. Du kannst es förmlich beobachten - Nach einer Auszahlung bekommst du absolut gar nichts mehr, egal welcher Slot und welcher Einsatz. Dieses Phänomen hatte ich bestimmt 4 oder 5 mal denn öfter kam es nicht zu einer Auszahlung. Jetzt kommen wir zum eigentlichen Thema und das ist der Spielerschutz, der existiert hier nämlich nicht! Abgesehen davon, dass es keine Möglichkeit gibt sich auf der Seite selbst zu sperren oder Limits zu setzen, muss man eine Mail an den VIP Manager senden um sein Konto zu schließen. Du musst also wieder auf diese Nachricht antworten und es vergeht wieder einige Zeit in der du fröhlich weiter einzahlen kannst. Solche Taktiken werden bei AskGamblers sehr unter Kritik gestellt und zweifeln an der Seriösität eines Casinos. Sollte man es aber dann doch irgendwann geschafft haben, den VIP Manager zu überreden sein Konto zu schließen, ist dieses eigentlich gar nicht geschlossen. Wo andere Casinos keine Chance auf Reaktivierung des Kontos geben, reicht hier eine einfache Mail an den VIP Manager und dein Konto ist wieder freigeschaltet. Das alles geht also wieder von vorne los und ist eine absolute Frechheit was den Spielerschutz betrifft. Natürlich spielst du wieder weiter und kommst irgendwann an den Punkt wo du erneut dein Konto schließen möchtest und die Konversation mit dem VIP Manager fängt wieder an welcher natürlich wieder Zeit schinden möchte, in der du wieder dein Geld verspielst. Schlussendlich habe ich den VIP Manager darauf hingewiesen, dass ich eine Beschwerde bei AskGamblers einreichen werde es sei denn, ich bekomme einen Teil meines Verlustes zurückerstattet denn mit einer sofortigen Schließung des Kontos wäre das nicht passiert. Dies wurde natürlich abgelehnt also wurde die Beschwerde abgesendet. Diese Bewertung werde ich auf jeder möglichen Casino Seite posten und erst ändern, falls sich das Casino auf eine Einigung einlässt.

Keine Auszahlung, ständig werden neue Dokumente gefordert. Leider zahlt dieses Casino nicht aus. Ich habe circa 500-700 Euro einbezahlt. Gewinne waren keine großen dabei. Und schon hast du Gewinne und Freispiele ohne Ende. Allerdings muss alles 40x umgesetzt werden... Kurz bevor die Bedingungen erfüllt sind, ist das Guthaben verspielt. Nachtrag: Da Bizzo auf freundlicherweise auf meine Bewertung hier reagiert hat, habe ich mich dem Laden in Verbindung gesetzt. Daraufhin kam die Rückmeldung, dass sie nichts mehr überprüfen und der Sachverhalt damit erledigt ist. Trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage, welche Behörde überhaupt die Lizenz ausgestellt hat, kam keine Antwort. Das einzige was ich dazu finden konnte, war eine Lizenz, die eine Gültigkeit bis November 2023 hatte, somit also abgelaufen ist.
