Wenn es mal Freispiele gibt was oft nur einmal passiert dann muss man Glück haben das ein paar Euro gezahlt werden. Es macht einfach kein Spaß mehr wenn man weiß das man ein Spiel nach einmal Freispiele verlassen kann da dann eh meist nix mehr passiert. Schade es war jahrelang mit den gewinnen sehr ausgeglichen. Natürlich gab es schlechte Tage wo man auch mal verloren hat aber dann auch wieder mal gewinnen konnte und jetzt kommt man kaum noch hoch. Schade

Finger weg, Betrug. Finger weg. Absoluter Betrug. Meine Frau hat dort gespielt und gewonnen. Bei der Auszahlung des Gewinns, muss man erst zur Verifizierung alle möglichen Unterlagen schicken. (Kopie vom Ausweis, von der Bankkarte, Kontoauszug, Stromrechnung uvm.) Alleine das ist in meinen Augen schon ein NoGo. Verifikation via Videochat und Ausweis ist doch völlig ausreichend. Nachdem die Verifikation dann endlich geklappt hat, wollen sie das Geld trotzdem nicht auszahlen. Die Begründung ist, dass auf der Karte eine Unterschrift sein muss. (Es ist halt eine Klarna Karte, auf der es keine Unterschrift gibt.) Unser Versuch auf ihr Sparkasse Konto auszahlen zu lassen wurde auch abgelehnt mit der Begründung, die Auszahlung geht nur auf das Konto von dem eingezahlt wurde. Bei der Einzahlung war das aber kein Problem, dass auf der Karte keine Unterschrift ist. Kurz gesagt, Geld einzahlen kein Problem, Gewinn auszahlen unmöglich. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen... Total unseriös.

Habe mit Bonus gespielt dann ein 500 Euro Bild bekommen 5x7er und wo die Bonusbedingungen abgeschlossen waren wurden mir einfach mal 300 Euro abgezogen. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They don’t even deserve 1 star. It is easy to deposit money and play BUT the KYC verification they make you go through for withdrawals is impossible. They will ask for particular bank statements that you’ll need to obtain from the bank plus a picture of you holding your visa debit card (covering 4 of the numbers). In short they make it impossible for you to withdraw your winnings over a certain amount. Don’t even bother with customer service, it is prominent that English is not their first language - this leads to ALOT of misunderstandings and confusion making it absolutely frustrating to get help.

This casino is a joke and I hope authorities will make a right decision after this. They are trying to convince me I'll get my winnings, so let's see what happens after they exhaust all their time.

Har aldrig haft problemer med at få…. Har aldrig haft problemer med at få udbetalt. Har oplevet at der kun gik en time så havde jeg fået udbetalt 4500 kr. De deler udbetaling op a 3000 af gangen. Så har prøvet med 7000 kr blev udbetalt i 3 beløb. Pengene stå på spillekonto indtil udbetaling selv om man har bedt om udbetaling. Så obs dette. Eller er jeg fuldt tilfreds . Har spillet på denne side i mange måneder.

This ice casino is a scam... for one past they still unverified my account. When all the documents I pass to them including my selfie. My bank account, my government I.d. and still they are asking for the same documents when you have sent to them 4 times done but still they delete the documents and ask for it again... when you send it to them they just said on review, then they delete it then ask to you again... they are a f...k scammer I have been withdrawing my 52k pesos they cannot pay it, I have my money for 62k pesos.. but still they won't give your withdrawal... how come this kind of egames existted.. hopping this people will be punished by law...
