Προς το παρόν θα αφήσω να περάσουν οι 96 ώρες ακόμα…

Από 24/08/2026 το billybets κρατά την ανάληψή μου σε κατάσταση αναμονής χωρίς κανένα λόγο. Μόνο 91 usd ανάληψη. Έχω παραπονεθεί στην ζωντανή υποστήριξη περισσότερες από 6 φορές μέχρι σήμερα. Funny thing is that withdrawal gets canceled after 4 days, what is this websites "manual withdrawal processing time", so it is really really obv that the canceling happends from their side, and not my side. In my opinion there is few options here: either this casino site does not have the money to pay me, and they do this kind of delays until people lose money to this website, or then they have a huge techincal error. I feel like I’m getting scammed! I have been playing on this site for 2-3 month and recently won $7500. I withdrew my first lot of funds- the max amount and so far they have all been rejected. The site claims that it is a fault on my payment providers end (which in other reviews seems to be the excuse for most). However, I called my bank and they informed me that no funds have been sent internationally, nor have they rejected funds. I have played Spinyoo and Skycity Casino and have been able to with draw $2000 at once via Spinyoo. I recommend Spinyoo over this site as you actually get paid. I thought I’d try Billy Bets because it advertises good payout times and chances. But I will now stick to Spinyoo. I will revisit my review if my funds show up in my account otherwise if I don’t, you’ll know that they never paid my winnings. Also, I’ve opted for a bank transfer withdraw option too.

I made a refund request 3 weeks ago and still not answer, all they do is sending bot massages asking to wait. There is no phone contact and no real person answering emails. Billybets (corrected review). UPDATE - after more than month, i fully received my money. Rating upgraded from 1* to 3*, but anyway i consider playing in this bookmaker risky, as it took a lot of time and energy to get money from them. People, if Billybets can steal amount of 300eur, you can imagine what will happen, if you will win more. If they will come to their right mind any pay out my winnings, i will correct this rating. 4-5 weeks ago deposited small amount in Billybets for sportsbetting - approx 50eur or something to do funbets. Placed bets ~1 week (small bets, usually 10-25eur each), and raised bankroll to ~300eur. One day they asked additional documents which i sent. After receiving documents, they closed my account - I was able to contact only their customer service, and they wrote that my account was closed, but they will take a look what they can do to refund me my winned money. I waited 2 weeks, and today i asked their customer service about status. Their answer (quoted important part of it): "Additionally, according to our policies, we have voided any winnings obtained, canceled any pending withdrawals, and confiscated the remaining real money balance in your account. This decision was made in accordance with our terms and conditions". Funny part - same time as wroting to their customer service in app, i wrote mail to their e-mail, and answer was "Your request has already been transferred to our responsible department for processing. Since all the requests are processed on the first-come, first-served basis, this process may take some. As such, we kindly ask you for your patience. Unfortunately, there is no news to report at the moment". It means, weather they are lying, or they dont even communicate between departments :D The last thing i want to mention - i have no clue what i did wrong, no info from them (missing documents / bets on leagues they didnt want / winning too much) - ZERO information. If Billybets will contact me after this review to fix this situation, i will write it here to update my review. Janis Kliesmets

One of the worst sites I've ever used…. One of the worst sites I've ever used ... played big bass splash for years now and this is the only time that the game crashed during a bonus round resulting on the game not paying out, was told by the customer service to wait 24 hours for this to rectify which I did, after playing through thousands of spins I reached out to customer service over 24 hours later and was only them told I needed bet Id with exact time of bet, balance and bet staked, to find the bet id I had to then scroll through thousands of spins and still couldn't find the right spin... i shoukd if been told this when i raised the issue... not 24 hours after it happen... then I asked to close my account as to which I was told I had to email there customer service outlining the reason I wanted to close my account ... they make things so hard for anyone to exit this company

Eigentlich an sich ein gutes Casino….aber mit gewissen Negativpunkten….habe eine höhere Summe gewonnen (war Vip Rang 4) habe dann einen Teil in Auszahlung gehabt dann nach 2 Tagen bekommen wollte anschliessend den Rest auszahlen und dann kam Limite erreicht (weil ich zurück gestuft worden bin auf Rang 1) begründung war sie haben mehr ausbezahlt als einbezahlt was wiederum bedeute solltet ihr einzahlen und gleich bei den ersten Paar Spins eine Grosse Summe gewinnen könnt ihr Monate brauchen um es euch auszuzahlen. Dass ist sehr schade man kann ja schliesslich nichts dafür und deswegen spielen wir doch auch alle

Bonjour, je viens de m'incrire sur ce site et pour le moment je ne trouve rien à dire de négatif, bien au contraire. Pour ceux qui se plaignent d'une mauvaise gestion des bonus offerts , des promotions et autres, sachez qu'il faut toujours les refuser. Je n'accepte jamais les bonus , car ils sont impossible à obtenir, vu qu'l faut d'abord très vite utiliser votre cash et vous n'êtes pas sur de miser suffisemment , mais ce que je dis là n'à rien à voir avec billybets en particulier, c'est le cas de tous les casinos en ligne. Je tiens donc à redire que je trouve ce site très agréable , en espérant ne pas avoir de soucis au moment des retraits d'argent, mais je ne suis pas inquiet, vu le sérieux constaté.
