Horrible horrible scam of a site. Signed up and deposited money. Avoided accepting any bonuses for obvious reasons. Win 1750. Try to withdraw they say I’m only allowed to withdraw 500 a week and 700 a month bc I’m a “low level” player. Gamble to raise my level. Try to withdraw 1000 remaining of my 1750. They say they need 96 hrs to verify it. Whatever. 96 hrs passes and it’s now the next weekend. No helpful response or action from help line. Accidentally cancel withdrawal bc site prompts me to cancel it. Now apparently I have To wait another 96 hrs bc this is a “new withdrawal” 96 hrs passed again. No action. Message help line again “we are trying”. No you are not. You’re illegally withholding winnings in hopes that I continue To gamble it on your site and lose it. The most unprofessional scammy shit in the years I’ve been playing online sites. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. THEY SHOULD HAVE A CLASS ACTION PLACED ON THEM FOR HOW THEY HANDLE THEIR SITE.

Cant even close the account as you've to take forever waiting on a customer service agent who then simply advises to send an email. Thanks for reply Billybets consistent in doing nothing. Customer service was really slow with answering and looked like they dont care about the issue. In the end, the guy or a girl named "sandra" just left the chat and left me hanging. Funny thing is that withdrawal gets canceled after 4 days, what is this websites "manual withdrawal processing time", so it is really really obv that the canceling happends from their side, and not my side. In my opinion there is few options here: either this casino site does not have the money to pay me, and they do this kind of delays until people lose money to this website, or then they have a huge techincal error. I feel like I’m getting scammed! I have been playing on this site for 2-3 month and recently won $7500. I withdrew my first lot of funds- the max amount and so far they have all been rejected. The site claims that it is a fault on my payment providers end (which in other reviews seems to be the excuse for most). However, I called my bank and they informed me that no funds have been sent internationally, nor have they rejected funds. I have played Spinyoo and Skycity Casino and have been able to with draw $2000 at once via Spinyoo. I recommend Spinyoo over this site as you actually get paid. I thought I’d try Billy Bets because it advertises good payout times and chances. But I will now stick to Spinyoo. I will revisit my review if my funds show up in my account otherwise if I don’t, you’ll know that they never paid my winnings. Also, I’ve opted for a bank transfer withdraw option too.

Billybets (corrected review). UPDATE - after more than month, i fully received my money. Rating upgraded from 1* to 3*, but anyway i consider playing in this bookmaker risky, as it took a lot of time and energy to get money from them. People, if Billybets can steal amount of 300eur, you can imagine what will happen, if you will win more. If they will come to their right mind any pay out my winnings, i will correct this rating. 4-5 weeks ago deposited small amount in Billybets for sportsbetting - approx 50eur or something to do funbets. Placed bets ~1 week (small bets, usually 10-25eur each), and raised bankroll to ~300eur. One day they asked additional documents which i sent. After receiving documents, they closed my account - I was able to contact only their customer service, and they wrote that my account was closed, but they will take a look what they can do to refund me my winned money. I waited 2 weeks, and today i asked their customer service about status. Their answer (quoted important part of it): "Additionally, according to our policies, we have voided any winnings obtained, canceled any pending withdrawals, and confiscated the remaining real money balance in your account. This decision was made in accordance with our terms and conditions". Funny part - same time as wroting to their customer service in app, i wrote mail to their e-mail, and answer was "Your request has already been transferred to our responsible department for processing. Since all the requests are processed on the first-come, first-served basis, this process may take some. As such, we kindly ask you for your patience. Unfortunately, there is no news to report at the moment". It means, weather they are lying, or they dont even communicate between departments :D The last thing i want to mention - i have no clue what i did wrong, no info from them (missing documents / bets on leagues they didnt want / winning too much) - ZERO information.
