disappointment about posido. I want to be honest about how disappointed I am. First of all, withdrawals take far too long. I waited over two weeks for a withdrawal of $800, which was the maximum allowed. You can only withdraw $500 at a time, up to three withdrawals while previous ones are still being processed. This means that if you win big — which I did — it takes forever to actually get your money out. Another major issue is the VIP system. Your VIP level increases when you make deposits, but as soon as you win and stop depositing, your VIP level drops — simply because you have money in your account and are waiting for withdrawals to be processed. Since withdrawals take so long, you’re effectively punished for winning. When vip level in increasd u can withdraw more money but ur vip level stays just for a month or so, so if u win big it takes forever, the first withdraw u can do 800x3 but after u can only 500x3 so u need to deposit more to get ur level up, it dosnt matter if u play on ur winnings Overall, this is extremely disappointing. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this casino reads this carefully and never creates an account. I genuinely hope this casino goes bankrupt or do something. I will never deposit again.

I'm still waiting to receive it. I contacted them multiple times, only to be told to be patient; there was a delay. I cancelled the second withdrawal and played it. I screenshot conversations and requested that payout details not be given. I asked to speak with a manager, but I couldn't get through. This casino is incompetent and should not be allowed in the gaming industry if it can not honour its payouts.

Slow verifying process and deliberate holding of your money. My 2 withdrawals sent on 25th of January are still blocked by the operator. At first, they gave me no info why my withdrawals are blocked. Then after multiple chats with support I suddenly had to ID check (I had been playing there for 3 years). I sent all the documents which were needed at that time, proof of residence, bank note and selfie where Posido page was open in the background. After all of these were accepted, another week went by with no info. Then they told me via email that I need to upload pictures of my ID card and selfie as well. It happened 5 days ago and it was accepted on the same day. Now it has been another week with no info and withdrawals still blocked. I have now contacted EMTA since it is clear that they withhold my money on purpose and the problem wont be solved without authorities. Avoid this page, there are many better places to gamble which offer more promotions, have better support and dont try to withhold your money.

It's a scam. In the last 2 weeks iv asked for a bonus for being a loyal vip customer and reaching the top vip status my so called vip manager told me he was giving me a $260 bonus, I was fine with that but then when I was supposed to get my 15% weekly cash back it was only the $260 bonus so I asked about it and because i spent $1730 the 15% cash back would have been $272.50 so when I spent 3 days trying to find out where the $260 I am told that the bonus was my weekly cash back when that is not why I got given that so when I said it was supposed to $272.50 for me weekly they sent me $12.50 so technically yes I now got the weekly cash back of MY money I deposited this week.... so where Is my $260 bonus I was supposed to be receive for being a valued customer? And after now getting the angry with the live staff and my manager because i was ignored and wheb i was spoken to it was always something or some sort of lie Ito try get out of paying anything i have now received a email saying I will no longer get any assistance from my vip manager because he was found out and didnt want to deal with it! And when I spoke to live support staff 9 times out of 10 spoke rudely to me to start with and I got no assistance whats si ever! I dont recommend this site to anyone it is a rip off and a scam!

Niestety nie dostarczyli mi bonusu, który miałem dostać. Miałem bonus, w którym dostaje 200 spinów. Codziennie 20 spinów przez 10 dni. Pierwszy bonus wszedł od razu, 2 bonus następnego dnia aktywował mi support. 3 dnia znowu bonus się sam nie aktywował, więc napisałem do supportu, ale stwierdzili, że to bonus raz na tydzień. Pisałem też na e-mail, ale 0 odpowiedzi. Chodzi o bonus 100% do 2250zl + 200DS + 1 bonus crab. Czytałem na wszelki wypadek dokładnie regulamin i jest tam wyraźnie napisane, że spiny są dodawane do konta każdego dnia przez 10 dni.

Posido doesn't pay out winnings. TLDR: Posido stole €1,300 from me that I won fairly at their casino. I've played with Posido for a couple months now. I've made many deposits and been quite lucky with my play. All seemed well over the first few months. Deposits and withdrawals went well. Withdrawals were a bit slow but they arrived. Until recently when I won a bit of money but not much. I then deposited around €600 and won a €1300 and my account was flagged for verification -- no problem, I was happy to comply. I submitted my ID, which was approved. I submitted my bank statement (approved). I submitted a selfie (approved). Finally I submitted my ID because I sent a non-Estonian ID. This was also approved. I then requested a withdrawal. It didn't arrive. I waited patiently. After a few days I saw it was cancelled. I tried again. It still didn't arrive. Today I tried to log in and got an error. I contacted support and I was told that I received an email about the closure of my account. I'll post this below. In short, they say I failed verification and that ALL my winnings have been cancelled and they will refund my last deposit (but not my others clearly!). I then received exactly €10 from them, because that was my last deposit as I made an extra deposit after my €600. So they've taken over €1300 from me. Don't play with these people. I will be in contact with their regulator. Fortunately, they are based in the same country as me. as many others have noticed, a completely miserable and unreliable place. They have this reward system that when you collect stickers you get an achievement and you get money. One sticker is "participate in three tournaments". I had just done this, and when the achievement didn't open and I didn't get the amount the casino promised, I then went to customer service. I even had a screenshot as proof to show them that I have participated in tournaments and that my ranking was 100, but the customer service calmly told me that the tournament was canceled because there were only 22 participants. They did not note my proof at all. And they have tried this same trick many times, also with me, so that they don't have to pay profits or really start solving problems. The quality of customer service is really not very good!! So I don't recommend playing at posido, but if you do, you should have proof and pictures of everything!!! Although it doesn't necessarily help anything, as it doesn't in my case either.

Account Bugged, Customer Service resolves nothing. Account has a bonus clitch, the bonus won't disappear and it blocks the usage of it. I asked them to fix this about 7 times and even gave exact instructions on how to fix it, the company has only first-level customer service if you have real issues with them, be prepared for suffering. The code on the site is lackluster, and 500 max withdrawals per day is a joke. Yes, it is "Trustworthy" and has always paid out winnings if you are able to win anything, but if you want to enjoy its weekly offers or face any of its common code-related issues, you are up for the pain of your life. Using a casino like this is all about the offers and they suck at that. EDIT 1st November 2023 After waiting for 9 months for an account bug fix, it was finally done. And its sure thing that the English speaking customer service is lottery machine 2/3 of 10 can give proper service, rest are like bad bot's. Finnish customer service that they give 1 of 20 works like supposed.

Filled with bugs. As said in the title, my experience with Posido was painful due to the enormous amounts of bugs in the bonus and withdrawal of funds. Had to contact customer service almost daily because of constant problems. The customer service itself was very nice and easily available. +1 star for that.

I enjoy sites that can offer me and my fellow gamblers socially responsible ways to minimize the risks of their gaming habits to their lives, but this casino has chosen to maximize the damage of gambling addiction consequences. The site doesn't have deposit limit options, only losing limits. You can only withdraw laughable 500€ per day. They do this abuse to maximize their profit in oversaturated market, they are last pirate harbor for the lost gambling addict souls that they attract to come and play until you find the truth. It's like a pyramid scheme. Sure go a head and deposit 10000€ but you can only withdraw 500€per day. Unbeliavable that with such behaviour you can have some kind of license (EMTA?) Avoid at all cost, even the site is ugly. The guy who came up with those terms and conditions has to be a master at manipulation, deceiving etc. It's laughable that they have the copypaste text that they have to by law "gamble responsible" but because the law says you don't need to put "deposit limits", they don't do it. But they act like they are there for the gambling addicts. Truth is they are preying you.
