At 1st all seemed ok…. At 1st all seemed ok, I won a bit and lost a bit . I have been very lucky on the slots lately and have 2 pending withdrawals of €800 each , they have been pending for 9 days so far and still waiting. Had various excuses about high demand and security checks. I’d avoid this place , much better casinos out there that are fair when it comes to withdrawals

A very bad casino. I had a bad experience with them. I have a gambling addiction. I asked support to block my account without reinstatement. They blocked it for a month, no more. Keep reopening and targeting my self-exclude account (gambling addiction). I’m sharing my experience with MyEmpire Casino as a warning. June 13, 2024: I requested self-exclusion. My account was closed. June 19, 2024: I was contacted with a $150 bonus to return. Over the following months, I made multiple self-exclusion requests but continued to receive bonuses and access. August 18, 2024: Account closed again. January 28, 2025: Account reopened without my request via free spins. March 3, 2025: Closed again after repeated requests. May 2025: During a complaint, I was told my account would not be reopened. December 26, 2025: Account reactivated again via free spins. January 15, 2026: I was told my account was permanently closed. March 26, 2026: I received another VIP invitation email. This is a repeated pattern of re-engagement after self-exclusion, including after permanent closure confirmation. I also accepted a partial refund of $2,000 before receiving my full transaction history, which later showed losses of approximately $13,000 after my first self-exclusion. They offered me $1,013 and I responded: I want to be transparent with you: it's difficult for me to accept this amount without knowing how much I actually lost on your platform. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to my full transaction history, so I would greatly appreciate it if you could let me know the total amount I deposited and lost with MyEmpire. Given the length of time I spent playing and the multiple attempts I made to stop, I believe the total losses are likely quite significant. If the total does reflect that, I would be more comfortable with a refund closer to 2,000 CAD, which I feel would be a more fair resolution under the circumstances. They sent me the $2,000 and after that, sent me the full transaction history (after months of trying to get it).. They keep saying we agreed on this but I clearly said that I would be more comfortable with that amount IF the total reflect that. I believe self-exclusion was not properly enforced and that I was repeatedly encouraged to return despite clear signs of gambling harm. Stay away from them if you are struggling.

Account got CLOSED!!! (SCAMMED 228€). I tried to withdraw my balance (approx 228€, don’t remember the correct amount anymore), MyEmpire canceled it and then closed my account down. When I went to the live chat to ask whats up with that, the customer support answered that ”adminstrator has closed your account” whatever that means 🤣. I tried to get a reason, but the customer support just suggested that I’d e-mail the support via email. When I did, we went back and forth. I asked for a reason, they said, that ”adminstrator closed your account…”. I demanded my money, but didn’t get a positive response nor any response at all for 7 emails back and forth. Shit casino, scams your money and has shit customer support. I don’t recommend at all. Don’t play here, please. Thanks.

I transferred 102.150808 USDT from Binance using the TRC20 network to the exact wallet address provided by this platform. The transaction was completed and confirmed on the blockchain, which means the funds were successfully delivered to the destination wallet. Despite this, my account balance still shows $0 and the platform has not credited the funds. When a transaction is confirmed on-chain but the platform does not reflect the deposit, that is a very serious issue. Either the system is fundamentally broken, or the platform is intentionally withholding users’ funds. Support has not provided any meaningful explanation or resolution. I strongly warn anyone considering this platform: do not send funds here. If a company cannot properly credit a confirmed blockchain transaction, it should not be trusted with users’ money.

If you contact support, they all say the same thing "you have no withdrawal request" of course I have documented everything with photos, still the same automatically generated messages whether you use lifesupport or write to email. I absolutely do not recommend this application. There are much better alternatives and ones that are not scams. Also the bonus balance. They say that I have to first spend minutes/roll over the bonus balance to be able to withdraw money. But when I go to bet, it takes it from my normal money, not from the bonus balance. Absolute scam, they only take money from you and if you manage to win, you will wait months to withdraw money.

I’ve deposited 25€ I got bonus in total 75€ then I’ve played I loose it some cash but ok, now I have 40€ in real balance and 50€ in bonus balance, which means 40€ I can withdraw to my bank account, but when I’ve contacted live support they are trying to say that I must play first my bonus money then I’ll be able to withdraw the money, but the thing is when I’m playing casino or placing bets the real money comes off not a bonus money. Slow withdraws and limits. The withdraws are damn slow. The maximum amount you can withdraw is 750 CAD$. It takes over 5 days to receive and still hasn't received so far. They also say weekend doesn't count as processing day. But somehow it takes literally 2 seconds to cancel and the money to appear back to your account. That's pretty shady to me like them hoping you would cancel. Could you imagine winning let's say 3000$ it would take an entire month to withdraw everything since you can't even do separate withdraws you have to wait the first one to go through. They gave me the "high requests" excuse which I don't buy. Stake literally takes 5 minutes to receive withdraws and I have a hard time thinking they have more requests than Stake. Games are nice though that's the only positive I can give this site right now. I added another star for only that. Edit : I finally received it after 8 days total. Today I won around 1600$ but hey my first withdraw still hasn't gone through. Guess what I did as a gambler? Played most of it. How do you think I feel withdrawing my money when the first one haven't gone through? Let's say I'm very patient. I could've only withdraw 750$ and again it would've taken another 7 days to get. Another week for this one to go through then I could've done the remaining for the 850$. How do you think gamblers perceive this? I'm having big balance in casino and can only withdraw 1500 EUR (500EUR per withdraw) and first withdraw took 7days but that's because I was contacted by VIP manager and he speed up withdraw process. After that i made another 1,5k withdraw and now its 10days and still didn't get it. I wrote to VIP manager and i don't get any respond. I contacted online support and i always get same reply, "sorry for delay your withdraw will be processed soon, please be patient". If u are big player and have big winnings u wont get them out fast it will take months... So stay away if u want to cash out big balance. PS: Before i didn't had any of these problems with delay but i did cash outs from 500 to 2k max

Die Seite ist aufjedenfall etwas kompliziert, wenn es um die Auszahlung geht.. hab 2 mal versucht die Auszahlung auf meine Kreditkarte zu bekommen (mit der ich auch eingezahlt habe) , wurde abgelehnt. Danach versucht mit normal Überweisung aufs Konto.. hat dann funktioniert. War anfangs auch etwas skeptisch, wegen der schlechten Bewertungen.. aber es hat nach langen hin und her geklappt.

Nicht empfehlenswert! Slots laufen teilweise in slowmo lässt vermuten das Server Anbindung über dritte geht. Playngo Book of dead und co. sind niemals original laufen so auch nicht mit original Lizenz. Gewinne sind selten. Nach mehr als 6 Einzahlungen bisher nicht eine Auszahlung.
