I deposited a small amount and was even able to withdraw €500 multiple times, which made the platform appear trustworthy. However, when I attempted to withdraw a larger amount, my withdrawals were suddenly blocked. I was then asked to complete multiple verification steps (KYC), including uploading official documents such as proof of address and a bank statement. Despite providing all requested documents correctly and in original format, my account remains under “review” with no clear timeline, and my withdrawals (€1500 pending) are still not processed. Support keeps sending generic responses like “your request is under review” without any concrete resolution. This behavior is very concerning and suggests a lack of transparency. Be extremely cautious.

I won around £7500 on magius over 4weeks ago now, I have constantly been in contact regarding the withdrawal times which I have only received £1000 over the course of the 4-5 weeks and I have still got £5000 pending on my account as I ended up gambling more to see if that would speed up the withdrawal but it hasn’t, I’m unsure why this casino is being so difficult with this as the games in the site are great however there is no point in playing on a casino that your CANNOT trust with your money when it’s time to withdraw. And I asked for clarification it said it was sent for internal review over a month ago and no response! The review below is 100% accurate. I have had experience with this offshore unlicensed gambling casino. I deposited over £800 with this casino and they used multiple different payment processors. (When questioned they referred to terms and conditions) but what they don’t tell you is that they will use multiple third party payment processors or money institutions that are not even regulated by any authority or the financial conduct authority to process payments on behalf of them. I have done my research and due dilligence and these companies are shell companies with official websites selling “goods and services” which they don’t actually provide. One being coinpacto. It’s a cryptocurrency. I never purchased cryptocurrency from this company yet they was the one who took money from my bank not casino. I have gambling blocks on my card and the company has bypassed my bank gambling blocks by misrepresenting mcc codes which is actually against visa and Mastercard rules. Especially 12.7 invalid data. One of the payment processors is apparently a computer network info services yet the email they provide on their website is not even a real valid email. I have so much evidence on this company and the illegal activities they are engaging in. I have proof from financial conduct authority none of their payment processors are registered with them. I have proof from uk gambling commission that they are not authorised in the uk and are illegally targeting uk players. I even have a crime reference number from action/report fraud and have spoken to the police! I have report to the relevant authorities in regards to this as it raises AML concerns. If this company is legit then why do they not take payments on behalf of themselves? They think by using these third party companies they can be a party to transaction laundering. One of their payment providers apparently sell gaming software and game currency and they are based in the uk with no fca approval, funny this gambling site is based in Cyprus or wherever but they have a payment processor or money institution in the uk taking payments on behalf of them? I would not use this company stay clear unless you want your bank to be closed down due to suspicious activity. I did ask for a refund to be told no basically even though the bank asked me to ask due to them flagging the transactions as suspicious. Seitdem versuche ich wiederholt, das Problem zu klären – sowohl über den **Live-Support** als auch per **E-Mail**. Ich habe dem Support bereits **mehrfach alle notwendigen Nachweise geschickt**, darunter **Screenshots der Einzahlung sowie die Transaktions-Hash-ID**. Trotzdem wurde das Problem bis heute nicht gelöst. Jedes Mal wird mir lediglich gesagt, dass der Fall an die **Finanzabteilung weitergeleitet wurde** und man sich „schnellstmöglich darum kümmern“ werde. Passiert ist jedoch nichts. Besonders ärgerlich ist, dass das Problem **offensichtlich durch einen Fehler des Casinos entstanden ist**, da eine **falsche LTC-Wallet-Adresse angegeben wurde**, wodurch diese Situation überhaupt erst entstanden ist. Trotz dieses klaren Verschuldens zeigt das Casino **keinerlei echte Bereitschaft**, das Problem eines zahlenden Kunden ernsthaft zu lösen. Dus stel je wilt een leuke 5000€ dan zou je maanden bezig zijn dus. Buiten dat om verleiden ze je door dit systeem om je uitbetalingen steeds weer te annuleren. Geld storten kan in overvloed, je hebt geen limieten maar als je bijv aan een VIP bonus match meedoet die je via de e-mail ontvangt krijg je de bonus niet zoals beloofd per mail. Ik wil je echt aanraden en je echt op de hart drukken dat je bij deze casino eigenlijk niks kan winnen, want ze weten je echt goed te misleiden en te manipuleren door hun algemene voorwaarden. Ik heb ondertussen duizenden euro’s verloren maar nog nooit geld kunnen uitbetalen. (Vip level is based on activity, deposits and withdraws) in the last weeks i played so much that i had a lot of deposits and withdraws. But after withdrawing €7000 my vip level dropped from 5 to 1. I received the €7000 but there is still €2000 in my account. i cant withdraw the last €2000 because as vip level 1 the maximum monthly withdraw is €7000 (for vip level 5=€20.000) what is completely going wrong here?They let you think you can withdraw €20.000. But after withdrawing €7.000 your vip level drops to level 1 and reach limit. I think this is really unfair, while my betting volume is insane high. there is no posibility to withdraw more then 7k in a month. They just drop your vip level.

PAS OP! Deze pagina is scam! Geld storten gaat makkelijk. Verificatie duurt vervolgens maanden lang (nog steeds niet verwerkt). Veel geld hierdoor verloren want kon het niet uitbetalen. Chat geeft aan dit alleen via mail op te lossen. Maar 2 maanden verder en 6 mailtjes verder + 3 klachten verder en geen enkele reactie terug op de mail. Waarschijnlijk zetten ze onder dit bericht contact op te nemen met support @magius.com, maar hier komt uiteindelijk ook geen reactie op. Slechte site. Ik doe aangifte en geef ze aan bij de kansspelautoriteit als ik nu niet binnen paar dagen bericht heb met passende oplossing. Bij vragen om het account te blokkeren gaan ze ook niet op in. Drama. En ze zeggen op hun chat dat mijn verzoek (mijn mails beantwoorden) steeds met spoed opgepakt gaat worden door het ‘relevante’ team, wat vervolgens ook nooit gebeurd. UPDATE (omdat ik zie dat deze review heel veel gelezen wordt elke dag): Na hun reactie op mijn review hier heb ik ze toch nogmaals een mail gestuurd. Nu een week later nog steeds geen reactie, helaas. Had niet anders verwacht van magius, zoals ik hiervoor al had gemeld, wel jammer. Mijn dossier ligt inmiddels bij een advocaat. Withdrawal's are the problem though. When you cash out they sometimes cancel the withdrawals and you have to start the process all over again. I decided to give the daily cashback another go and it never got credited to my account again and as usual support couldn't help. I have emailed my VIP manager and they take days if not weeks to respond. Been emailing about the cashback issue for over a week now and nobody gets back to you, if I am suppose to be "VIP" you would think that I would get better service but that's not the case. My advice don't play at this site especially if issues arise as 90% of the time help centre won't be able to help you then they advise you to send an email and you won't hear back for days/weeks. They were good but I'm really concerned now as they happily take money but won't pay out even though I've had all my verifications accepted. Another update.... They canceled my withdrawals of £700. The funds were sent back to my magius account. I yet again spoke with an agent and they told me to withdraw using a transfer as a pose to my debit card that I deposit with. Yet again... let's wait and see Latest update.... Its now 6 businesss days since the withdrawals requests. An advisor told me yesterday morning that it was the last day for the process, and it will be processed. Ive spoke again today with an agent and nothing has happened. I still keep my faith with them however, so i will keep updating people on how trustworthy they are as a site. Fingers crossed. So far so good. Scam. This company is an outright scam. Here’s the truth: On August 23rd I received their promotional email. I placed my bet the very same day, exactly as required to qualify for the free bet. After doing everything correctly, they still refused to give me the bonus. A representative falsely claimed that “48 hours had passed,” when in reality not even 24 hours had gone by. They keep changing their story, twisting the rules, and flat-out lying to their customers. This is nothing but deception, false advertising, and a total scam. Stay away from them.

Need to work in withdrawal process. Ok. Don't usually leave many reviews but here goes. Plenty of games to choose from, good graphics, easy to navigate. Took a long time but im finally able to build up an amount worthy to withdraw!! Drawback, you can only withdraw a certain amount per day depending on your 'play level ' which is determined automatically by how often you play over a certain period of time. Thus us not good guys!! It's my money, i should be allowed to withdraw it whenever i like. But I've made part one of two withdrawals so i will update accordingly depending on how it goes! Lets see how quick it is!!!

Éviter ce site a tout pris. J'ai gagné a peu près l'équivalent de 7000 euros. Impossible de me faire payer. Ou par tranche de 500 toutes les 2 voir 3 semaines. I won £94 and made a withdrawal request on the Monday . Granted the withdrawals do take a long time compared to other casino sites they do outline the withdrawal times in their T&C's I have now been paid out it took four days in total . Selbst 1 Stern ist zu viel. Auszahlungen werden über lange Zeit ignoriert und vom Kundenservice gibt es immer nur Standartantworten, wobei einem gesagt wird, dass man keine Angst haben solle und die Auszahlung erfolgen wird. Es geschieht auch nach dem 10 mal Nachfragen nichts und man wird vertröstet. Ich warte heute noch. Als Finger weg von diesem Casino mit extrem schlechtem Service.
