Up-date April 16, 2026; I asked this Legiano casino to close my account a few times, they just keep sending emails to confirm, but will not close my account. This casino is rigged, wouldn't let me play the collection of points I earned to battle, screen went blank, the 3 free spins wouldn't load, screen stays blank and non-existent scatters or bonus plays in the last 10 straight deposits of crap game plays. They never go by their T&C for withdraws within 3 days, more like 7 to 12 days to release the withdraw, now on the 13th day, and still not released. Better casinos online then Legiano casino. Beschwerde. Hallo, ich würde das Casino auf keinen Fall weiter empfehlen und würde Leute abraten dort zu spielen. Wir haben in dem Casino 400€ eingezahlt und haben circa 20.000€ Geld gewonnen. In den AGBs steht, dass wir 7.000€ im Monat auszahlen können, aber der Kunden Support sagt, dass wir nur 1.500€ im Monat auszahlen können. Wir konnten in 1,5 Monaten (40 Tagen) gerade einmal 1,500€ auszahlen. Die nächsten Auszahlungen lassen seit 2 Wochen auf sich warten und der Kundendienst schreibt jeden Tag das selbe, als ob dort nur vorgeschrieben Sätze abgeschickt werden, dass die Auszahlungen sich verzögern. Die nächste Reglung vom Casino ist, dass du deinen Gewinn immer nur in 500€ Schritten auszahlen kannst, dass heißt 1.500€ im Monat und dann noch in Schritten von 500€. Du kannst Unmengen an Geld einzahlen, aber sobald du auszahlen möchtest, kommen die Probleme. Das ist der größte Betrug, den ich jemals im Bereich Casino gesehen habe. NICHT DORT SPIELEN!

Deposit is easy, withdraw is challenging(impossible). We won 100 euro, the ToS says they withdraw within 3 days. In reality we have been waiting for it for exactly 2 weeks, the withdrawal request was cancelled by them 2 times for no reason... They dont give answers why they dont want to pay us, just delete the withdrawal request every 1 week 2nd story: we had a 75 euro balance, wanted to cashout it. When we got the approval side for the cashout (choosing bankcard, are you sure you want to cashout etc) we accidentally refreshed the page. And then the 75 euro were gone. Not in the balance, not in the pending requests. It was nowhere to be found. Of course we messaged them like 10 emails and online chat. They all just said wait a few days you get an email about it. Legiano... Si bien es cierto que partiendo de la base que no tiene el sello de juego seguro y autorizado de poco me puedo quejar. Me registro muy fácilmente (nada nuevo) y acto seguido, como siempre me propongo verificar mi cuenta. Para mi sorpresa en mi cuenta me aparece el mensaje “parece que esta cuenta no necesita ser verificada”. Lo que más me sorprende es que mirando los depósitos en mi banca online veo que los he realizado uno a carformula.net y otro a luckylood.com… Pregunto en el chat en vivo y me dicen que sí, que aunque no aparezca legiano no me preocupe, que es todo legal. Busco esas paginas y una es de repuestos de coche y la otra de yo qué se qué… Sinceramente pensé que ya me podía despedir de mi dinero, y más cuando me dijeron que tardaban 3 días en procesarlo después del día de la solicitud y se podía demorar más si requerían verificación complementaria (yo no había hecho ninguna). Han pasado 3 días justos y tengo el dinero!! Lástima que no tenga la certificación de juego seguro y lastima que los depósitos se hagan a otras webs. Seguramente no tuve problemas en mi retiro por la cantidad y luego hubiera sido más complicado. No tengo queja ninguna (retiros lentos, eso si) todo lo que me dijeron se ha cumplido. My account is verified, no bonus involved, no documents pending. Customer support keeps telling me to “wait a little longer” while violating their own T&Cs about 3 business days processing time. After submitting a withdrawal request, which I waited over two weeks for, I received a notice that it had been canceled and my account blocked for no logical reason, other than the fact that I had finally won something and was ready for my first withdrawal after months of use. Despite contacting them, I have not received any explanation via email. I strongly advise against using this casino.
